DESCRIPTION:We finally found what we think will be a perfect fit for all of us. Starting Wednesday\, Feb 5th\, we will be hosting our Jazz Nights at Gaslamp on PCH in Long Beach.We know that the magic of Jazz Night wasn’t the room. It was the community we all created.  \n\n\n\nHere’s what we’re keeping the same: \n\n\n\n\nWe play every Wednesday\, 7-10pm.\n\n\n\nSit-In Night with our host John O’Campo will continue on the 1st Wednesday of each month (starting March 5). \n\n\n\nWe will have the same open-door policy with our artists.\n\n\n\nWe will continue to encourage students to join us to get stage-time in front of an audience.\n\n\n\n\nHere’s what we’re changing: \n\n\n\n\nWith the larger stage\, your weekly backing band will now be the Tom Dante Quartet\, adding Dave Murdy on guitar. \n\n\n\n\nOur first show to be like our past Anniversary Shows. The devastating fire has not only destroyed homes but has also disrupted the lives of countless individuals who now face significant challenges in securing basic necessities. In response to this tragedy\, we have organized a benefit concert to raise funds and foster community spirit in these trying times. \n\n\n\nI will be joining my friends Elena and George Gilliam for a 45 minute set at 9:00pm.
